PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS: Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein require each person traveling to have a valid passport that does not expire for 3 months from departure date. These countries do not require a visa.
LAND ONLY TOUR FEE: $4,279 per person double occupancy; $405 for single supplement. Tour fee is based on 20 participants. Tour fee may be adjusted if group size is below 20. Maximum size of group will be 20 plus 1 escort. (Only 5 spaces open!)
TOUR FEE INCLUDES: 3 and 4 star hotel accommodations for 2 nights in Zurich, 2 nights in Bad Kohlgrub, 2 nights in Chur; 1 night in St. Mortiz, 2 nights in Zermatt, 3 nights in Wengen, 2 nights in Lucerne; 14 breakfast, 2 lunches, 9 dinners including special welcome dinner and farewell dinner; HC2 accommodations/1A ticketing for Oberammergau Passion Play; 1st class seating on The Glacier Express St. Mortiz-Zermatt; 2nd class seating on trains between Zermatt, Wengen and Lucerne; private, deluxe bus transportation; guided tours with English speaking guides; entrance fees as in itinerary, tips.
OPTIONAL FULL DAY TOUR: Sunday, July 25, 2010 to Jungfraujoch: $181.00 per person. Tour includes roundtrip train ticket from Wengen to Jungfraujoch, English speaking tour guide, hiking if desired. Book this tour with your second payment due January 2, 2010.
TOUR FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Passport, transportation to and from Zurich, meals not listed, activities listed as optional, items of a personal nature purchased by the tour member.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Non-refundable deposit: $950; Final payment: due April 1, 2010 (Final payment will be based on the size of group, any adjustment of tour arrangements due to tariffs and exchange rates.) Deposit is paid by check to Marge's Tours; the final payment plus the optional tour can be made with a check (made payable to Worldview Travel) or credit card. Travel Bound will charge your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover Card. Travel Bound does not charge an extra fee for the use of credit cards. CANCELLATION POLICIES: Please notify Marge's Tours in writing if your plans change and you can not join us. $950 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation fees for additional payments will be: April 2 – June 29: $950 deposit plus $300 and any payments for optional tours; June 30 - July 9: $950 deposit plus $500 and any payments for optional tours; July 10 – no refunds
AIRLINE INFORMATION: Group air is offered through Swiss International Air Lines. Flights are non-stop between Los Angeles (LAX) to Zurich, Switzerland.

Currently, the cost of the round trip flight is $1,139.87. This amount will fluctuate due to taxes and fees assessed. The final cost will be known in April 2010.
