DATES:  Saturday, April 18 - Sunday April 26, 2009

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS: American participants are required to hold a current passport that is good for 6 months following the date of return. Tourists must also provide evidence of return or onward travel.  No visa is required. 

AIR* & LAND FEE:  $3,388 per person double occupancy                        SINGLE SUPPLEMENT:  $845

*Air schedule Los Angeles/Lima/Los Angeles and domestic flights within Peru. Fees will be recalculatd when departure is from another city.

Price is based on 15 participants. The price will be adjusted if there are less than 15 participants.

PLEASE NOTE:  Once we depart Lima, we will be traveling in high elevations.  Cuzco is at 11,151 ft., Sacred Valley at 9,183 ft. and Macchu Piccu at 8,169 ft. The elevations on the extension to Puno & Lake Titicaca will be at 12,555 feet above sea level.

Included in fee: 7 nights in 4-star hotels; daily buffet breakfasts, 3 lunches, 5 dinners including special Welcome and Farewell dinners, land transportation in deluxe, air-conditioned private vehicles with private English speaking guides, roundtrip Vistadome train to Machu Picchu, porterage of 1 bag, tips, roundtrip international airfare in economy class Los Angeles/Lima/Los Angeles on LAN airlines, domestic air flights within Peru via LAN airlines in economy class- Lima/Cuzco/Lima.  
 
Not included: U.S. departure taxes, fuel surcharges, Peru departure & airport taxes, items of a personal nature, travel insurance.

DEPOSIT:  $350 per person; SINGLE SUPPLEMENT of $845 is payable on registration (Payable by check to Worldview Travel.  Credit cards will be charged additional fee.)  Contact Marge's Tours for registration forms. 

FINAL PAYMENT DUE: Thursday, January 15, 2009   

CANCELLATION POLICIES:  Please notify Marge's Tours in writing if your plans change and you can not join us.  Refunds will be as follows:  $250 per person retained from time of deposit until January 14, 2009. Refund from January 15 - January 31, 2009 will be funds received less $500 per person.  No refunds after January 31, 2009.  It is highly recommended that each person purchase travel insurance for this tour.  Information on travel insurance can be obtained from Marge's Tours.

TRAVEL ITINERARY & FEES: Adjustments to the itinerary and adjustments to fees may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.  Participants will be notified of changes as they occur.  Tour management is provided by Marge’s Tours in association with Worldview Travel, Inc (www.worldviewtravel.com).  Travel arrangements are provided by LATour, Latin America.

EXTEND YOUR TIME WITH OUR PUNO & LAKE TITICACA EXTENSION:

EXTENSION FEE:  $983 per person; Single Supplement is $355

Price is based on 10 participants. The price will be adjusted if there are less than 10 participants.
