PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS: American participants are required to hold a current passport that is good for 3 months following the date of return. A round-trip ticket is also required to enter France. No visa is required.
LAND ONLY TOUR FEE: $2,845 per person double occupancy SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: $1,200
Price is based on 20 participants. The price will be adjusted if there are less than 20 participants.
TOUR FEE INCLUDES: 3 star hotel accommodations for 6 nights in Paris, 2 nights in Honfleur, 2 nights in Tours; 10 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 4 dinners including special welcome dinner and farewell dinner cruise on the Seine River; 2-day museum pass in Paris; private, deluxe bus transportation; guided tours with English speaking guide; entrance fees as in itinerary, gratuities.
TOUR FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Transportation to and from France, passport, meals not listed, activities listed as optional, and items of a personal nature purchased by the tour member. Tour fee for both tours is based on 20 participants. Tour fee may be adjusted if group size is below 20. Maximum size of group will be 25.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: DEPOSIT: $300 for main tour, $250 for extended tour (check made payable to Worldview Travel or credit card accepted) Single supplement is required at time of deposit.
FINAL PAYMENT DUE: February 10, 2008 (check made payable to Worldview Travel or credit card accepted).
CANCELLATION POLICIES: Please notify Marge's Tours in writing if your plans change and you can not join us. Cancellations are accepted through March 1, 2008. Refunds will be as follows: 100% refund through March 1; refund of paid funds less $300 from March 2 through April 1. No refunds after April 1, 2007. It is highly recommended that each person purchase travel insurance for this tour. Information on travel insurance can be obtained from Marge's Tours.
TRAVEL ITINERARY: Adjustments to the itinerary may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of changes as they occur. Tour management is provided by Marge’s Tours in association with Worldview Travel, Inc (www.worldviewtravel.com). Travel arrangements are provided by Travel Bound.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Marge’s Tours, CST #206798-40 is a “Registered Seller of Travel” with the State of California. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. A copy of the “Certificate of Registration” is available on request. Marge’s Tours neither owns nor operates any person or entity which is to, or does, provide goods or services for these tours. Because Marge's Tours does not maintain any control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, Marge's Tours assumes no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the tour suppliers, or other employees or agents, (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrument owned, operated or otherwise by any of these suppliers, or (3) any wrongful, willful, or negligent act or omissions on any part of any other party not under the supervision or control of Marge's Tours.
